Young Barbican Nights Life Rewired Launch takes place on 11 Feb from 6pm. Art on technology, talks about what it means to get old and interactive spaces launch Life:Rewired at the Barbican, an event aimed towards 16-25 year olds. Free but some of the events need booking.

Super Hero wildlife at Lloyd Park Design your own super hero animal outfit and follow a trail of animal super heroes to discover how you can help save wildlife. 10am til 1pm

Family Day: Spring Blooms Sunday 10th March 1:30 – 4pm at Vestry House Museum Celebrate Springtime in this family friendly activity which encourages young ones and their carers to get creative and make and do together. Activities available for children with access needs. Free but £3 donation suggested.

Salt, Science and Secrets at Salters Hall on February 20th where families must work as a team to discover the science, the secrets and the stories of The Salters’ Company. February half term features an Early Years area where smaller scientists can enjoy storytelling at set times throughout the day followed up by mini experiments for tiny hands with big brains. 11am til 3pm – free but booking advised.

Hop, Jump and Skip at the Southbank where their Riverside Terrace has been transformed into a playground by illustrative designer Anna Bruder. 16-24 Feb free.

Circus Dreams family classes give you and your little londonists the opportunity to run away with the circus. They welcome all abilities and ages (from walkers to 5 years old and beyond) Learn circus skills in Stoke Newington, from acrobatics to rope climbing and trapeze through to aerial hoop. Sunday Stories at Kew Gardens Settle down for story time and learn about the fascinating relationship between people and plants. Every Sunday until 31 March 1pm 2pm and 3pm.

My Shadow and Me  at the Puppet Theatre Barge in Little Venice. One person (and his shadow) meet and go on an incredible, imaginative, shadowy journey where creatures emerge, engage and transform beautifully. Suitable from ages 4+ runs from 16th February book here.
